Terms and conditions of sale
All orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to various security checks. In most cases, we will only ship to registered payment address but we reserve the right to decline your order if we believe this represents a security risk. Always use the address of you card to avoid cancelation of orders, using the gift address option in the PayPal payment system, will usually result in cancelation and the payment being refunded.
We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order however, we will refund the payment in full at any stage before shipment upon request. All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, an instant full refund will be your first option offered for the entire order.
All images of product on this site are for guidance only. Boots and shoes should be worn indoors to avoid marking and to determine correct size fit.

Returns policy and procedure
14 Day Exchange Service
Our aim is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you decide your purchase is unsuitable within 14 days of delivery, they can be returned and refunded or exchanged for other goods or gift vouchers providing the returned goods are as new, in their original unspoilt packaging and proof of purchase can be established. In the unlikely case of any faulty goods, manufacturing faults will be replaced or repaired, and returned. After 14 days the sale is final. Postal charges cannot be refunded unless the wrong goods were originally shipped. You are responsible for the costs incurred in returning goods under this policy direct to our warehouse and the condition in which they arrive.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Quality is assured at AirCombat.co.uk. Should you experience a problem; repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.
